Production Process
1. Steel plate cutting: Use turbine shear or plasma cutting machine to cut the steel plate to meet the requirements of fixed length and shape.
2. Cold bending: Place the cut steel plate on the plate rolling machine, adjust the feeding device, use rollers to press the rollers to achieve cold bending, and then weld after forming.
3. Welding: Automatic submerged arc welding, seamless welding, radiographic testing and other methods are used for connection.
4. Bottom cutting: According to the design requirements, perform slotting and cutting at the bottom of the ground pile.
5. Surface treatment: Use surface treatment technologies such as rust removal and oxidation to prevent corrosion and extend service life.
6. Packaging and shipping: label, classify and package to facilitate transportation and installation.
